Obituary of Neal Campbell

A service for Neal Shain Campbell will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the Brusie Funeral Home. Neal passed away Thursday, August 7, 2008 from complications of Diabetes. He was 66. Neal was born March 7, 1942 in Reno, Nevada to Robert C. And Wyoma L. Campbell. Neal attended Chico schools, including Rosdale Elementary, Chico Jr. High, Chico High, and Chico State. Neal worked for Pacific Bell as a Power Technician for over 35 years. Neal was a lifetime member of the Telephone Pioneers, and an avid donor at Blood Source. Neal spent countless hours as a volunteer at Eagle Lake for the Ronald McDonald Camp. Also many hours with the Pioneer Crab Feed. Neal loved his marthons until he could no longer run. He then took up bike riding as his next venture. He loved art and good wine. He loved his children and adored spending countless hours with his beloved grandchildren! He was an amazing man and will be truly missed! We Love You Dad !! And Grandpa !! Survivors include, two daughters, Tracy L. Campbell and Patricia L. Campbell; grandsons, Kalen A. Clayton, and Grayson R. Campbell; brother, Loren Campbell; nieces and nephews, and many enduring and thoughtful friends.
