Obituary of Gladys Ritchey

A graveside memorial service will be held Tuesday August 19, 2008 at 10 A.M. at Glen Oaks Memorial Park in Chico, for Gladys Elizabeth Ritchey, Mrs. Ritchey passed away Monday August 11, 2008 at a local care facility in Paradise, she was 76. Born January 5, 1932 in Napa, CA she attended schools in Napa and graduated fro Napa High School in 1950. She married Quentin Ritchey June 5, 1952 in Napa she was a housewife all her adult life. Gladys loved to play golf with her husband and they traveled all over playing courses when ever they got the chance. Gladys also loved to fish and the last fishing trip on the Rouge River she caught a 50 pounder. She is survived by her husband Quentin of 57 years, and her little dog "Tammie". Anyone wishing to make a memorial contribution in her name may do so to the Alzheimer's Association in care of the Brusie Funeral Home.
