Obituary of Randall Rolf

Randall Maurice Rolf, 60, of Chico, passed away June 13th, 2008 from complications of a stroke suffered on January 20th, 2006. Born December 26, 1947 in Chico to Raymond and Dorothy Anderson Rolf. He attended local schools, graduating Chico High School in 1966 and Chico State with a degree in recreation. Randy was a lifelong 49'ers and Giants fan. He was a true Chicoan who liked good times and his many friends. His easy-going nature, love of animals, and laughter will be missed. He is survived by his sister, Nancy Birdseye of Chico; nephew and niece, Todd Birdseye of Roseville and Lacy Birdseye-Horsfall of New Canaan, Conn; his grandniece, Erika Birdseye of Roseville, he is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins in Connecticut. Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy and Raymond; and his brother, Dennis. Donations in memory of Randy can be made to the Butte County Humane Society in care of the Brusie Funeral Home. Graveside services for Randy will be held Saturday, June 21. at 10 a.m. at Glen Oaks Memorial Park.
