Obituary of Lois Lohner

A Graveside Service will be held for Lois Bachman Lohner, 90 of Folsom, Thursday, March 25, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Glen Oaks Memorial Park. Lois passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2010 in Folsom. She was born Feb. 17, 1920 in Colusa and received a teaching credential from Chico State. Lois taught at Hooker Oak Elementary School and was an active volunteer for many years at Chico Community Hospital and the blood bank. Her survivors include one daughter, Patricia Duffy of Folsom; three grandchildren, Mikal Duffy of Woodland, Leslie Duffy and Lisa Duffy both of Folsom; and one brother, Wesley Kilgore of Grimes. Lois was preceded in death by her husbands, Howard F. Bachman in 1953, Gilbert D. Lohner in 1988 and her son, Alan Bachman in1989. Arrangements are under the direction of the Brusie Funeral Home.
