Obituary of Norman Wright

Norman was born in Chico, Calif. in August, 1942, to Omer and Della Wright. Norman went to be with the Lord on August 3, 2010. Norman leaves behind a wife of almost 40 years, Lynn. They met in Huntington Beach, Calif., and married at Knotts Berry Farm in Buena Park, in 1970. There are no children, but Norman also leaves behind a sister-in-law, Nancy, of Woodland, and father-in-law, Fred, of Paradise. There are many nephews and nieces living throughout the country. Norman had many jobs throughout his life. He worked for the City of Huntington Beach Parks Dept. and later for the City of Durham Parks Dept. Also, he had worked for the City of Chico Parks Dept. He did gardening, landscaping, and sprinkler repair. He also had done janitorial work and leather cutting for Caribou Mountaineering in Chico. For hobbies, Norman had enjoyed fishing as well as motorcycle riding. He also enjoyed his cats! He will be truly missed.
