Mary was my twin sister. We had an older brother. We grew up on a farm in ottawa county, ok. Life was so much simpler then. We had a cousin born the same day as us. Her Dad told everyone at the local bank his wife had triplets. We fed chickens pigs milked cows a never ending list of chores. But wouldn't trade for anything. Family was so important we went to our Grandparents every Saturday night. Most all the family gathered there. Our twin Aunts worked at Woolworth's
We would walk the block and a half up to get them, and walk them home. Aunt pauline would always have us some candy to eat on the way home. So many wonderful memories. Could go on for hours. But as much of a wonderful sister she was she was so much more as a mother to her boys. She loved the Lord and that is the most important fact of Her life. Til we meet again. Bill Vanatta
