Noah Robinson

Obituary of Noah Leon Robinson

Noah “Leon” Robinson was born on April 20,  1929 in Hockervilke, Oklahoma, to Oliver Noah and Ethel Rosetta Robinson. He had an older brother, Jay, and a younger brother, Bill. He lived in Oklahoma and Colorado while growing up, but most of his life was spent in Chico, California. He joined the Army at the age of 17, and also served in his 20’s during the Korean War. He worked for the postal service, the forestry department, as a well driller, and also enjoyed bar tending. He loved to fish, hunt, camp,  and working in his garden, especially growing tomatoes. He loved his mother, brothers, kids and grandkids, and his dogs. He had a great sense of humor, and made people laugh. Although he was not a regular church goer,  he encouraged his children to attend,  believed in God, and said he was ready to meet Jesus.
