Obituary of Megan Grace Nowak
Megan was born on Mother’s Day, May 11th, 1997, in Paradise, CA, to parents Robert and Kristen Nowak. She graduated from Durham High School and received her degree in Horticulture from Butte College.
Megan was the definition of life itself; making things happen through determination and strength of character. Megan was a list maker, and goal setter. She was so proud to be a part of the Roman, Nowak, and Scott families. Family and friends were the most important things in life to Megan.
Megan loved all kinds of plants and flowers; evident in the many beautiful arrangements she made. She also created diamond dot masterpieces. Megan loved to travel, watch sports with her Dad, and was a fearless singer and fierce dancer. She loved to laugh and hear people laugh. Megan faithfully watched the weather channel and was an UNO Queen!
Megan worked at AMJAMB, and dearly loved her coworkers and her job. Megan was an advocate for all people with disabilities, and an advocate for raising Autism awareness.
Megan is survived by her parents, Kristen and Robert Nowak of Los Molinos, CA, Beloved Brothers, Travis of Los Molinos, Zachary (Hannah Valentine) of Chico, nephew James of Los Molinos, the love of her life; Dean Scott (Mom Mary) of Bolingbrook, IL, and her beloved Aunties and Uncles; cousins and friends.
All those who really knew Megan will remember her for her beautiful smile, her big heart, her kindness to others, her amazing hugs, and her effort and appreciation for making life special.
Megan made an impact on those lives she touched with her sweetness, warmth, and grace, and will be missed more than words can express.
