Obituary of Margaret Patricia Crawford

Our vivacious, warm, funny, fierce Marge Crawford (76) passed away Monday, October 30, 2023, surrounded by loved ones. Throughout her 1.5 year journey with metastatic breast cancer, her sassy humor and joy for life never ceased to shine bright. A former Orland Public School District teacher, Marge lived the heck out of retirement, playing ukulele with dear friends, enjoying great neighbors, traveling far and wide, reading cozy mysteries, tinkering in the garden, snuggling her dog, and loving up her family. She is survived by the many friends and family who loved her. Originally from Butte, Montana, she called Chico home for nearly 40 years. Join her husband of 52 years, Bob, and her daughters Chris and Annie (and their spouses, Mark and Tiffany), for an upcoming celebration of life on Saturday, November, 25, 2023 in the afternoon.
