Obituary of Florence Panecaldo

May 23, 1916- April 1, 2008. Florence was called home on April 1, 2008, in Reno, Nevada while on a short vacation. She had spent most of her growing years in Gridley, Calif. where she graduated high school. There, she met her future husband, Paul Panecaldo. They enjoyed 70 years of marriage before he passed away in 2006. They had two children, Paul (deceased) and Lanita L. Fedorchuk who survives. She leaves behind three grandchildren, Louis, Michael, and Lanita. She is also survived by five great- grandchildren and five great--great grandchildren. There will be a Viewing at Brusie Funeral Home on Thursday, April 3, 2008 from 5-8 p.m. with a Memorial Service at the Biggs-Gridley Cemetery on Friday, April 4, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the First Christian Church or Butte Humane Society, c/o Brusie Funeral Home.
