Obituary of Linda Ledford

A graveside service will be held for Linda "Rosemarie Selvester" Ledford, 79 of Chico, on Saturday, April 26, 2008 at 10 a.m. at Glen Oaks Memorial Park in Chico. She passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2008 in Chico. Linda was born November 8, 1928 to George and Marie Selvester in Red Bluff. She was raised in Red Bluff and graduated from Red Bluff High School in 1946. Linda enjoyed living with her grandchildren and visiting her friends at the Peg Taylor Center. Her survivors include her son, Gary (Kathy) Ledford of Chico; three grandchildren Diana, Tommy and Matthew Ledford all of Chico; two brothers, Bill Selvester and Tony Durrer both of Red Bluff; sisters, Shirley Horn of Costa Mesa, Marie Foley of Chico and Margaret Ellis of Berkeley Heights, NJ. The family appreciates very much the special care that was given to Linda by her daughter-in-law, Kathy Ledford.
