Obituary of Gary Scott

A Memorial service will be held Thursday, May 21, 2009 at 9 a.m. at Scotty's Boat Landing for Gary Walter Scott. Gary passed away May 11, 2009 here in Chico. He was 61. Born August 1, 1947 here in Chico to Walter and Mary Scott. Gary was and avid outdoorsman, photographer, and bow hunter. He was raised here in Chico; a bear of a man with a heart of gold. Gary was a karaoke singer, composer, his latest song was "Born to Die". Gary is survived by his brother, John Scott; numberous aunts, uncles and cousins; and many friends , "We love you, and we'll miss you".
