January 4, 1929 August 14, 2009 On August 14, 2009 we said goodbye to Ginny Ellsworth, A wife, stepmother, grandmother, and great- grandmother. She succumbed to cancer. She worked as a bookkeeper and bank teller. In southern California Ginny was a bookkeeper for several construction companies and then when moving to Magalia in 1976 she worked for Curly Fuller Construction. She then went to work at Bank of Paradise and then Bank of America. She later enjoyed working at Sportshaven where she retired her bookkeeping careers. She and now deceased husband, Bud owned a houseboat and had nearly 30 years of great life on Lake Oroville. Everyone knew Ginny appreciated her hospitality while on the lake. She is survived by stepchildren, Craig Ellsworth of Texas, Jan Reale of Chico, Kristine Beggs of Nevada, Kirk Ellsworth of Orange County; and 19 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Ginny said her "goodbyes" at her 80th birthday party and requested no memorial services be held. Arrangements are under the direction of the Brusie Funeral Home.
