Obituary of Eva Maxine Henry

HENRY, EVA View/Sign Guest Book EVA HENRY Eva Maxine Henry passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2009 in Paradise, CA. She was born to Frank and Millie Boganwright on September 22, 1921on a farm near Polk City, Iowa. She married Carroll Henry on August 26, 1944 and lived at Fort Ord for a time during WWII. They settled in Des Moines, Iowa and raised their family on the same block as Eva's sisters, Erma and Irene and their families. Eva gave much to those around her over her full and happy lifetime. She took care of Carroll for 6 years until his death on December 22, 2008. They had moved to Paradise, CA in 1982 after the birth of their first grandchild Joshua. She is survived by her son, Gary (Linda); daughter, Beverly (Lance); and sister, Erma (Fred); three grandchildren, Joshua, Ross, and Heidi Headley (Andrew); and one great-granddaughter, Kendal Headley. Her Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at 1 p.m. at the First Christian Church, 5738 Pentz Rd. in Paradise.
