Obituary of Wilbert Emanuel Jalanivich

Wilbert E. "B.J." Jalanivich was a quiet, cheerful and helpful man. Born September 29, 1922 in Biloxi, Mississippi, he started his construction career early as a sheet metal worker with his dad. B.J. served in the Navy C.B.during WWII in North Africa, off-shore Italy invasion and the Phillipines. He was an avid golfer and loved playing competitive pool with his dear friends at the Appletreen Village Clubhouse. A retired business owner, strong and helpful to his mid-eighties, he was able to build or repair almost anything. He was always busy with projects at home or for his friends until complications from Rhuemetory Arthritis and pneumonia finally dimished his energy. B.J. is survived by his wife, Paula,two of his seven siblings, three step-children and four children from a previous marriage. B.J.'s wife, Paula wishes to thank his friends for their concern and support during his illness.
