Obituary of Belle Mabel Bray

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Belle Bray BELLE BRAY Belle Bray, 98 of Chico, passed away on Jan. 2, 2009 at home in her sleep of natural causes. She was born on Feb. 1, 1910 in Oklahoma to J.G. and Rosalie Graves. Belle was a homemaker and was married to Raymond Bray for 52 years. She enjoyed many years at the Peg Taylor Center. She was an electrician on the Navy ships during WWII, where she met and married Raymond Bray in 1944. He preceded her in death in 1996. Mama was a "jack of all trades". She is survived by her daughters, Becky Langel and Betty Ruiz of Chico; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and a brother, W.H. Graves of Yuma, AZ. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Glen Oaks Memorial Park in Chico. Bidwell Chapel is handling the arrangements
