I worked with Oscar at Salvation Army and lived next door to him for awhile too. I think everyone in Chico knew Oscar lol, it sure seemed that way. He was a metalhead through and through like me and he always loved to laugh and he was just a bright, shining wonderfully great man. See you on the other side, Bro.
