Obituary of Shirley Ann Stepp

It is with heavy hearts and joyous spirits that Gregory Stepp and Cindy Palm announce the passing of their mother, Shirley Stepp. Born on June 22, 1936, in Grayson, California. Shirley went to be with her Lord on January 3rd, 2023. She is survived by her two children, ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Stepp.

Shirley moved to Chico in 1962 until 1977 when she and Harold moved to Forest Ranch. They were charter members of Forest Ranch Baptist Church where they were very involved. God and church were Shirley’s love then her family and friends.

Two of her favorite jobs were Yard Supervisor at Parkview Elementary School and her last job, driving bus for the special needs kids at Loma Vista and other schools. She was dearly loved by all. She had a huge, kind heart that she loved sharing. She will be missed by all.
