I had the pleasure of working with Neal at Eagle Lake. He was one of the hardest working person there. He was a good friend to my dad, mom, and my self. I enjoyed the talks we had. It will not be the same without him. My prayers are with his family and friends.

I have known your dad for over 50 years. I used to live on Oak Lawn plus I went to Chico High with Neal.
I attended Neal's service and the reception afterwards at his house. To me to witness the turnout of his Pac Bell buddies, high school classmates and other friends showed the high regard, respect and love we all had for Neal.I just want you girls to know how proud your dad was of both of you. We used to compare grandchildren too and again he was so proud of them. You dad enjoyed life and I am glad to be one of his friends.

Neal truly was an amazing man. I will always remember his joyful smile. He loved to laugh and to make others laugh. His eyes would actually twinkle when he could get you to share in the fun with him. No one else had a sense of humor quite like his. I miss his smile, his laugh and the twinkle in his eyes.
I know Tracy, Patricia and his grandchildren were the most important people in the world to him. And I know he will continue to shower them with love, and watch over them all… always.

I worked at Pacific Bell with Neal for many years. He always had a big smile on his face and was a sweet presence. He was our resident chiropractor. If anybody had a stiff neck or achey shoulders he would give you a good massage and a few cracks and you were good as new. He always had a big smile for you and a warm welcome. I will always smile when remembering him.

I have known Neal for almost 30 years and have run the Bidwell Classic Marathon with him several times. Mostly, I remember New Years Day and the swim across 1 mile which we each had done over 25 times. A good friend with a kind smile. I always enjoyed seeing him before and after that swim.

To the Campbell family:
I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Campbell while on my daily walks with my little dog Shorty. He always greeted us with a smile and a big hello! We had many front yard conversations and he always had wonderful stories to tell about his work at Eagle Lake. He will be missed and my deepest sympathy to his family and friends.

We never knew anyone who gave more of themselves than Neal. If you needed something all you had to do was ask. He was a wonderfully generous and caring person who will be missed everyday. Our hearts go out the the family.
